Scope
This policy explains how Vietnam Aesthetics handles personal information sent through vietnamaesthetics.com, through its contact and clinic listing forms, or by email to info@vietnamaesthetics.com. It does not cover the websites of clinics or other organisations we link to.
What the contact form asks for
- Your name and email address (required)
- A phone or messaging number (optional)
- The type of request
- The comparison, provider or guide your message is about (optional)
- Your message
What the clinic listing form asks for
Providers who use the listing form give us:
- A contact name, the name of the clinic, hospital or venue, and an email address (required)
- A phone or messaging number, the official website and the city (optional)
- A description of the services offered and of any licences or registrations we can verify
Information we ask you not to send
Neither form is designed for health information. Please leave out symptoms, photographs, medical records and details about any patient. If information of this kind reaches us anyway, we restrict access to it and delete it once it is not needed.
How submissions are stored
Each valid submission is saved in our own database before any notification email goes out, so a message is not lost if email delivery fails. Saved submissions are visible only to our signed-in editorial staff. We do not record your IP address with a submission.
Technical and security data
To deliver pages and protect the forms, our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, process connection data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request. Server logs may hold this kind of data for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Analytics is explained in the cookie policy.

- To assess clinics that ask to be considered for a comparison
- To stop spam and abuse of the forms
- To keep a record of our correspondence
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Hosting, security, email delivery and infrastructure companies process limited data on our behalf, and some of them operate outside Vietnam. We will review the contractual and security safeguards for these transfers as our list of suppliers and our operations develop.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we reasonably need them to deal with the request, maintain our records and meet legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
To see, correct or remove the information you sent us, write to info@vietnamaesthetics.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the operator details, our suppliers, retention periods or the way we handle data change in a material way.
